Electric valve wiring

by:Sino Valves     2021-03-13
Electric valve wiring methods are classified according to different use requirements and different field conditions. The wiring methods used by electric actuators with different functions are also different. The user should have some understanding of the relevant knowledge, the neutral wire is connected to ①, and the live wire is connected to the 2113 control switch: open connection ②, off 5261 connection ③. State 4102 feedback common point ④, state 1653 state feedback open state ⑤, state feedback closed state ⑥. The simplest 2113 single electric valve has two/three (220V/380V) power cords, three 5261 control 4102 lines, one of which is 1653 common line, and the other two are, one for control on and one for off. There are two more expensive lines, which are faulty passive open or closed point signal lines; the more expensive ones, there are two lines for opening feedback, generally 4-20MA. There are two types of power sources for electric control valves. One is three-phase AC380V. One is AC220V single-phase electricity. Take single-phase power as an example: connect two power cords AC220V. Connect with the power terminal of the electric control valve. Four weak current control lines. There are two input and two output. (The most commonly used signal is 4-20mA, and there are also weak current control signals such as 0-10V) The input terminal is connected to the control terminal of the system according to the positive and negative poles. The output end of the regulating valve is connected to the feedback end of the system according to the positive and negative poles. Electric valves are divided into on-off type and regulating type. The principle of the on-off type is to turn on and off when energized. The principle of the control valve is to input a 4-20MA or 0-10V current signal to adjust the valve opening. The electric valve is composed of an electric actuator and a valve body. Many customers do not know the wiring method of the electric valve. The following valve company will explain in detail how the electric valve is connected and how it works. The difference between 220V and 380V electric valve wiring diagram is because of the different voltage between the two, the wiring method used is also different. In fact, the biggest difference is the difference in voltage. 220V is the voltage between the phase wire (live wire) and the ground wire (zero wire), and 380V is the voltage between any two phase wires (live wire) in a three-phase circuit. The power transmitted from the power plant to the city is three-phase four-wire electricity after passing through the transformer. You can find four wires hanging side by side on the poles, one of which is a neutral wire, the term is called a neutral wire (N), and the other three The wire is called a live wire. The voltage between two live wires is 380V, and the voltage between a neutral wire (N) and any live wire is 220V. If you live in a city building, you can also see three live wires and a neutral wire. Distribute to each unit reasonably. If the unit you live in has a lot of electrical equipment such as air conditioners, and the electrical load is too large, the voltage measured by a voltmeter is obviously lower than that of other units with low power consumption.
