Working principle of electric valve control circuit

The electric valve control circuit is shown in the figure: Circuit working principle state selection When the circuit is in the hot standby state, the main circuit can be controlled or uncontrolled by selecting the switch positions of SA1 and SA2. When SA1 (SA2) is on the left, the coil of KM1 (KM2) is out of operation; when SA1 (SA2) is on the right, the coil of KM1 (KM2) is put into operation. When SA1 (SA2) is on the left, the signal indicator light is on, and the operator or maintenance personnel can use this gear to check whether the control circuit is energized; when SA1 (SA2) is on the right, the signal indicator does not light up, only when starting After the valve motor, the signal indicator lights HL1, HL2 (HL3, HL4) will flash and glow. Open the electric valve, close the power switch QF, place the selector switch SA1 to the right, press SB1 (or SB2), the current flows through the contact (2—3) of KM2 in turn through V11→SB1 (or SB2)→KM1 coil→SQ2→ SA1→KH contact (7-9)→KM3 contact (9-10)→SB5→W11, KM1 coil has to act and self-lock, the valve motor rotates to open the valve. After the contacts (5-6) of KM1 are connected, the flash switch S1 works, and the red light HL1 and the green light HL2 are used for flashing instructions. When the valve opens to the limit position, SQ2 is disconnected, the coil of KM1 loses power, its main contact is reset, the power supply of the valve motor is disconnected, and the valve motor stops working. When the electric valve is closed, place the selector switch SA2 on the right, press SB3 (or SB4), the current flows through the contact (13-14) of KM1 in turn through V11→SB3(or SB4)→KM2 coil→SQ1→SA2→KH contact ( 7-9) → KM3 contact (9-10) → SB5 → W11, KM2 coil has to be sucked and self-locked, the valve motor rotates to close the valve. After the KM2 contact (12-15) is connected, the flash switch S2 works, and the red light HL3 and the green light HL4 are used for flashing instructions. When the valve is closed to the limit position, the position switch SQ1 is disconnected, the coil of KM2 is de-energized, its main contact is reset, the power supply of the valve motor is disconnected, and the valve motor stops working. Manual positioning During the opening or closing process of the valve, the stop button SB5 can be pressed at any time, and its normally closed contact is disconnected, so that the coil of KM1 or KM2 is released without power, and the motor loses power. At the same time, the normally open contact (19—W11) of SB5 is closed, the KM3 coil is energized, and its contact (9-10) is disconnected to prevent malfunction of KM1 or KM2. The main contact of KM3 is closed to make the bridge rectifier The output and the stored energy of the capacitor act on the windings of the motor at the same time to generate braking torque, which makes the motor stop instantly. In this way, the valve can be accurately stopped to the specified position as required.
